What is the SCT Inst Files service for immediate SEPA transfers?

The SCT Inst Files service for immediate SEPA transfers is an optional service that Iberpay makes available to the entities participating in the SNCE's immediate SEPA transfers subsystem and that allows the sending of immediate SEPA transfer files to CICLOM for processing and settlement in realtime, through the subsystem or the Iberpay Gateway with RT1 and / or TIPS.

How does the service work?

The entity adhering to the service sends the immediate SEPA transfer files to the CICLOM platform where, on behalf of and on behalf of the ordering entities, the transactions they contain are validated, separated and presented individually, in accordance with the times established in the service and according to the online flow and the operations established for immediate SEPA transfers from the SNCE processed and settled in CICLOM. As a result, the ordering entity automatically receives the validation of each transaction.

Additionally, and once all the formally accepted transfers contained in the file have been processed, Iberpay can provide the issuing entity with a file with the result of the processing of each of them, in addition to the individual responses that the entity receives through the online flow for each of the transfers issued.

How to participate in the service?

To be able to join this service, it is necessary to participate in the SNCE's inmediate SEPA's transfers subsystem, be connected to Iberpay's technological platform (CICLOM) for the processing and settlement of these operations, as well as sign the corresponding adhesion contract.

In the case of sending immediate SEPA transfer files to the service destined for participating Payment Service Providers or accessible through other immediate payment services (TIPS y/o RT1),it is necessary for the entity to participate in the corresponding gateway service of Iberpay.

The Remittance service includes two forms of participation:

• Direct participation, with direct technical connection to CICLOM (will be all those participants in the immediate SEPA Transfers subsystem with direct technical connection to CICLOM), regardless of whether they are direct participants or entities represented in the SNCE.
• Indirect participation, without direct connection to CICLOM and sending and receiving files through a direct participant in the service (these will be the entities represented in the immediate SEPA Transfers subsystem and that do not have a direct technical connection to CICLOM.
