Iberpay makes available to its users the Whistleblower Channel, as a secure means of communication to report any irregular action or infringement contrary to legal regulations.
This channel is enabled for people who have a professional relationship with the company, such as directors, employees, interns, collaborators, suppliers and people working for or under their supervision, shareholders, former employees, job candidates.
Independence and autonomy, as well as rigorousness are the principles that govern the behavior of the channel, guaranteeing confidentiality in all communications, both for the reported and the whistleblower, as well as the possibility of reporting anonymously.

The processing of data will be carried out within the framework of this Complaints Channel, the objective of which is the prevention and discovery of possible conduct that contravenes current legal regulations, the management or processing of the complaints received, and actions necessary for the investigation of the facts reported.
The personal data that may be collected as a result of the filing of the complaints will be kept, initially, for the time necessary for their admission for processing and investigation, always in accordance with the deadlines established in the legislation in question, and will be cancelled once the process has been completed.

Iberpay shall adopt all the technical and organisational measures necessary to preserve the security of the data collected. The confidentiality of the data is guaranteed and it shall be ensured that the identity of the complainant is not disclosed to the respondent during the investigation, always respecting the fundamental rights of the individual.
