It allows you to make any type of query or manage incidents related to the Spanish payment system (SNCE), the Cash distribution system (SDA) or any other service.
MyCase is accessible only to authorized users. If your entity is a member in any of Iberpay's services but you do not have access to MyCase, please contact the administrator of your entity to request the due access.
